We're excited to introduce a revolutionary update to the Paradino Workspace that transforms your content creation process. Leveraging the power of our AI assistant, Athena can now generate professional, branded documents and dynamic visual flowcharts instantly.

What's New in the Workspace?

Our latest feature in Workspace allows you to create structured, branded documents from a number of inputs, including:

• Documents in the Knowledge Base
• Advice documents
• Meeting summaries generated in Paradino
• Documents you upload directly into Workspace

To make this process even more seamless, we've introduced the Workspace History tab. This new addition to the client view contains all previous conversations you've had with Athena and provides direct links to the documents you've generated, creating a comprehensive and easily accessible record of your client interactions.

New in Workspace: AI-Powered Flowcharts

We have also expanded Athena’s capabilities in Workspace to help you visualise complex data.

You can now query Athena to create, edit, and style flowcharts based on a simple prompt or the documents you provide. Whether you need to map out all recommendations being made to a client, a corporate structure, visualise an estate plan, or chart a workflow, you don't need to draw it manually. Simply ask Athena to "Create a flowchart based on the recommendations in the SOA'' or "Map out the family hierarchy," and she will handle the design and styling for you.

New Templates to Streamline Your Workflow

To help you get started on the document side, we've added three new customisable templates to the Workspace:

• Advice Summary: Quickly generate a concise summary of your advice.
• Implementation Checklist: Create a clear, actionable checklist for implementing your advice.
• Fees Invoice: Produce detailed and simple fee invoices.

These templates are designed to help you create different types of documents quickly and can be easily customized in our Templates module to fit your practice's unique needs.

Generate Content in Just a Few Clicks

Getting started with the new generation features is simple:

1. Navigate to the Workspace: After selecting a client, head to the Workspace for documents or flowcharts. Ensure any source documents are in the client's Knowledge Base.
2. Select a Template or Prompt: In the message window, choose a document template or simply type your request for a flowchart.
3. One-Click Prompts: We've added one-click prompt buttons to make the process even faster. Instead of typing out your request, simply click a prompt like "Advice summary from latest SOA," and Athena will start working.

Within seconds, a fully formatted document or a styled flowchart will be produced. Documents can be downloaded as Word files using your style guide, while flowcharts can be edited further through conversation with Athena.

Putting It Into Practice: From SOA to Advice & Visuals

In the demo, you can see how quickly an Advice Summary is created from a client's latest Statement of Advice (SOA). Athena is prompted to populate the Advice Summary template, and in just moments, a structured document is ready.

Simultaneously, you can jump into workspace and ask Athena to visualise the recommendations to the client, or cash flow described in that same SOA. She creates the flowchart, and you can ask her to "style this in blue" or "add a decision node for the pension phase," refining the visual instantly.
