Athena, or Athene, was the goddess of wisdom and the patroness of Athens (you can probably tell by now we have gone down the path of Greek mythology with naming our platform and agents).
Athena is your own personal virtual assistant designed to make your workflow smoother and more efficient. Athena can help you access client information and insights by simply asking a question, and can help you prepare the right documentation; enabling you to focus on what you do best—advising your clients.
Here are some of the key things Athena can do for you (you can add your own prompts and mark them as ‘favourite’ in the platform):
Pre-meeting Preparation: Quickly summarise your last meetings with a client and provide actionable next steps.
Last Meeting Refresh: Recap key details and action points from your last interaction with a client.
Prepare Action Items for Paraplanning: Ask Athena to prepare a list of action items for your paraplanner, based on previous meetings with a client.
Identify Gaps: Highlight missing information in your fact find data to ensure everything is covered.
Tailored Advice Recommendations: Draft summaries of SOA presentations, including goals, advice, and product recommendations.
To get started with Athena, you’ll need a Paradino account. If you don’t have one, you qualify for a 14-day free trial by choosing a plan and signing up here.
If you have an account, select the Athena icon from the left side when logged in and Activate.
Athena remembers your chat history and can provide tailored answers for a specific client or scenario. She’s always learning and evolving, but please feel free to reach out if you notice areas for improvement!
