About us

Alex and Josh have both held adviser positions in Australia. They co-founded Paradino, which in another language means ‘handover’. That’s where the company is focused; how to improve and automate the handover of information from adviser to support staff; connecting your team. They worked together in the Australian financial planning tech space where they met.

Alex went on to hold positions across paraplanning, as a financial planner, practice development manager, product manager and finally tech-stack and operations consultant. He knows what problems firms face to scale and grow, and knows what drives value for advisers and how to drive bottom line profit for firms.

Josh spent time as a financial adviser in Australia, then moved into technology within the financial planning industry. Since then, he has held several engineering executive roles in Fintech companies in New York. He has a strong background building secure and scalable software products to meet client needs.

We take data security seriously. All of your data is encrypted and stored in Paradino’s secure cloud environment, located in Australia. We use enterprise grade AI models that run within the same cloud environment and do not use your data for training purposes, so you can be sure your data is private and secure.

Paradino was created to automate the data collection and file noting process. Our mission is to automate the handover process from adviser to support staff; that means collect more accurate information, more quickly all whilst improving the client experience.

As co-founders, we are both ex-advisers and have held various roles in financial planning businesses. We understand the industry, compliance and business processes so well that we tailor our platform output to a level that generic tools can’t replicate.

Paradino supports Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) as another layer of security when signing in to the platform. You can enable MFA by clicking on your User Profile icon and selecting Manage Account > Security > Two-Step Verification > Authenticator Application. Scan the QR code using your favourite Authenticator app, such as Google or Microsoft Authenticator and follow their instructions on how to add Paradino.

Of course, we understand licensee requirements. You can use our custom template feature which allows you to upload and manage your own templates.

For in-person meetings, simply log in to the Paradino platform on your computer or mobile device and press record to capture the conversation. After the meeting, click upload and edit your file note summary as needed. Paradino then allows you to generate detailed client summaries directly via the platform, ensuring you capture all essential information seamlessly and efficiently. 

Sign-Up, login and press record (and upload when finished). Or upload your recording from any other meeting tool. After a few minutes you will have a comprehensive file note summary. It’s that simple.

We keep audio and video recordings on file for 30 days after which they are permanently deleted. You have access to your file notes indefinitely so you can be sure all your notes are in the one place
